Discount Offer: For new First Cloud clients, we offer an introductory discount on our Data Protection Compliance Packages for the initial engagement period. This discount applies to our Mini Package, Package 1, Package 2, and Package 3, starting from the date of enrolment. Following the end of the discounted period, standard pricing will apply as per the current rates. Visit our pricing page for the latest details. Charges are made on a contractual basis, and clients may discontinue services following the initial engagement. This promotional offer cannot be combined with other First Cloud promotions or discounts.

Trial Period: First Cloud Consultants may offer a trial consultation period for new clients, subject to availability and terms. This period allows clients to experience our advisory and compliance services. Post-trial, clients may choose to continue with our services under a regular contract, subject to our standard fees.

Service Availability: First Cloud Consultants’ services are accessible through various communication channels and platforms, subject to internet connectivity. Our digital resources and tools are compatible with most modern browsers and devices. However, availability and accessibility are dependent on network conditions and maintenance schedules.

Cloud-Based Services: Our services, including cloud-based data protection tools and resources, are subject to internet connectivity and may occasionally be unavailable due to factors beyond our control, such as maintenance and network issues.

Annual Subscription Option: Clients may opt for an annual subscription for our services at a discounted rate. Cancellation within this 12-month period does not entitle clients to a refund, but they will retain access to the services for the remainder of the term. Annual subscriptions are set to auto-renew on the anniversary of the signup date, using the billing details provided, unless cancelled prior by the client.
